Samburu
National Park is the home of the Samburu people, Grevy zebra,
and reticulated giraffe. We can take you here.
Samburu
National Park is located in Kenya's vast Northern
Frontier District. The land is hot and arid with dramatic landscapes.
This is the home of the Samburu people, relatives of the Maasai.

The
Uaso Nyiro River, lifeline of the region, weaves along the southern
boundary separating Samburu from Buffalo Springs Reserve. Samburu
National Park is unique for Beisa oryx, gerenuk, Grevy zebra,
reticulated giraffe and the blue-shanked Somali ostrich. Crocodiles
and hippos share the Uaso Nyiro River with small herds of elephants
that come to bathe in muddy brown waters to protect themselves
from equatorial heat. Lions, cheetah and illusive leopard are
regular residents of Samburu National Park. Maasai Simba Camp
can take you to Samburu National Park.
